210 October tour leads and $18.92K in GHL Paid Members Value.
October brought substantial website traffic across four Meta campaigns. September also included an upload of older website cold leads, so its higher lead total is not a like-for-like comparison with October. Our priority is connecting traffic, tours, and member value.
Three locations · October 2026
Reporting windows differ: GHL dashboard metrics cover Oct 1–31, 2026; Meta Ads metrics cover Sep 30–Oct 29, 2026. These represent different reporting windows and are not a matched customer funnel.

02 /What stands out
Two key signals behind October's performance.
September cold-lead imports distort the lead comparison
October new leads vs unadjusted September dashboard totals
GHL
Prior estimated countOctober count
Champions
100↓ 61.69%
Important context: Previous website cold leads were uploaded into GHL in September, increasing September counts. Therefore, the displayed decreases (Champions −61.69%, Clear Lake −59.42%, Seabrook −49.06%) are unadjusted and not a fair like-for-like comparison of fresh leads. Once the historical import is considered, October's 210 new-lead records appear reasonable. We cannot verify the adjusted percentage change or confirm it is minimal without September counts excluding imported leads. Prior values shown are also reconstructed from rounded dashboard percentages.
12-Week Program dominates traffic efficiency
Share of all four Meta campaigns
Meta Ads
51.0%of landing page views
23.2%of total ad spend
$0.074 cost per view for the 12-Week Program versus $0.254 for the three regular location campaigns combined. This reflects traffic cost, not paid-member acquisition efficiency.
The 12-Week offer has a different customer proposition, so it should be evaluated separately from free gym tour campaigns.

*The displayed comparison percentages are unadjusted. September included imported historical website cold leads, so these decreases do not measure a like-for-like change in newly acquired leads.

Cost per landing page view
USD per view event · Lower is better, all else equal

A lower cost per view is useful only if visits become qualified leads, tours, and memberships. The 12-Week Program is a different offer.
Traffic results in context
What the ad data can and cannot tell us
4.41%Link CTR · All campaigns
2.53%Link CTR · Regular tour campaigns
The three gym-tour campaigns have similar click engagement (2.48%–2.56% CTR). Their combined cost per page view is $0.254, above the worksheet's $0.22 reference level.
Interpretation: The 12-Week Program attracts clicks particularly well, but without campaign-attributed leads and memberships, we cannot identify which campaign produces the best business return.

GHL Paid Members Value · synced from GymMaster
$7,600 Clear Lake + $6,220 Champions + $5,100 Seabrook = $18,920
What would make this true ROAS:
Confirm the recorded values reflect actual customer payments
Match new paying members to their Meta campaigns
Exclude organic, walk-in and otherwise unattributed revenue
Align the revenue and spending windows
Interpretation: The estimated 11.02× is a proxy only. It compares GymMaster-synced GHL Paid Members Value ($18,920) with Meta spend; it does not establish that Meta generated all of that value.

08 /Summary for the team
“October recorded 210 Free Gym Tour leads across our three gyms, led by Champions with 100. September's CRM included a bulk upload of older website cold leads, so the reported month-over-month decline overstates what we can say about fresh lead generation. With this context, October's lead activity looks reasonable. We also recorded $18,920 in GymMaster-synced GHL Paid Members Value and continued bringing visitors to our pages through Meta Ads. Our next focus is linking leads, tours, and memberships to their original campaigns.”
Data sources, metric definitions, and reporting limitations
Meta: FB Ads Reporting.xlsx, Texas- Traffic worksheet, Sep 30–Oct 29, 2026 30-day section. US dollars. Four campaigns. Link CTR and other overall rates are reported aggregates, not averages of campaign percentages.
GHL: Clear Lake Dashboard V2, Champions Dashboard, Seabrook Dashboard V2, each dated Oct 1–31, 2026. The original PDF dashboard cards provide appointments/tours, “Paid Members,” and “Paid Members Value” indicators.
Corrected October tour leads: Champions 100 (−61.69%), Clear Lake 56 (−59.42%), Seabrook 54 (−49.06%), provided in the Nov 2 correction. Earlier PDF lead counts were superseded. The revised counts have not been independently reconciled with contact-level exports.
Estimated prior leads: Champions ≈261, Clear Lake ≈138, Seabrook ≈106, reconstructed from rounded GHL percentage changes; combined ≈505, unadjusted comparison ≈−58.4%.
September lead-import adjustment: Per the client, historical website cold leads were imported into GHL in September. This inflated the September dashboard counts, so the raw October-vs-prior percentages cannot be interpreted as a like-for-like fall in newly generated leads. Excluding those imports may result in a much smaller change, but no September import-excluded count was supplied; an adjusted percentage cannot be calculated.
Landing page view: Meta-reported event count; not necessarily a unique user, GA4 session, or completed form. Cost / LPV = ad spend divided by LPV events.
GHL Paid Members Value: The client identifies these GHL figures as synced from GymMaster CRM: Clear Lake $7,600; Champions $6,220; Seabrook $5,100; $18,920 combined. They are used as the requested revenue proxy but are not confirmed as revenue from Meta-generated members alone. 11.02× is the labelled value-to-spend estimate, not verified Meta-attributed ROAS.
Paid Members counts: The separate GHL status cards total 218, but do not establish 218 new members acquired from Meta.
Benchmark reference: $0.22/LPV, $0.19/link CPC, 3.34% link CTR come from the workbook, and are contextual worksheet references rather than universal targets.
Static snapshot: This HTML is a standalone October report. It is not connected to live Meta, GHL, or GymMaster data and will not refresh itself.
